Jrge Barrero, a senior architectural designer and digital design leader associated with M. Arthur Gensler Jr. & Associates, Inc. (Gensler), is conducting an exclusive course alias ‘3D Rendering with Vray 3.2 for Sketchup and Rhino 5.

Under this course, Jorge Barrero will briefly demonstrate how to produce stunning renderings by applying Vray for Sketchup 2016 and Rhino 5.

Initially one will gather knowledge on how to organize your initial project, together with bringing in a 3d model, arranging lights and cameras, and generating materials. Then, training will be given on how to render out your model as well as how to apply render settings and how to fine-tune those settings to obtain your rendered image prepared for post production. To end with, one can understand how to transfer anyur rendered image into Photoshop for post production, with the use of rendered channels as well as attaching real world images, and compositing effects.

Transfer & view your Revit, Sketchup and Rhino Models in Virtual Reality with Kubity

This 3d modeling video is based on Kubity, an android supported 3d modeling app to view all the models developed with Revit, Sketchup, Rhino etc. in Virtual Reality. There is an option called “Scan & Cast” to transfer all the models in any smartphone and tablet as well as distribute them with anybody.

The most updated version is Kubity 1.2. It contains a new feature called 360° exploration mode, empowered by the gyroscope to navigate for superior immersion. The new version also facilitates the users to access the Cardboard easily.

The sketchup users can use a sketchup extension called Kubity Exporter to export any sketchup model to their mobile and view it in Virtual Reality on Google Cardboard.
