As per suggestion of John Bacus, Product Management Director, SketchUp at Trimble Navigation, the most ideal process to obtain a WebGL rendered JSON stream from SketchUp is to upload any model to 3D Warehouse- that will perfectly render this type of stream automatically cost-efficiently.
